Here is a typed Ephiphany sermon from 1974 with annotations in green, red, and blue ink.

The Gospel text is from Matthew, making this part of Epiphany in Year A in the Revised Common Lectionary.

There is a poem in second half of the sermon, and I suspect that the poem is “Advent” by poet John Gould Fletcher. I found an old printing of the poem in an old book from 1920 on Google Books, so I’m going to include that page below. At the end of the sermon, there is a reference to “434 Beautiful Savior”. 434 is probably the hymn number in the old red hymnal. I’ll include the sheet music from hymnary.org as well as a Youtube video of an unrelated performance of the hymn after the that.
